Save hashtags as set feature not working

When trying to save a set the send button is not responsive. Cancel and 'x' work fine, but it's not possible to save. I have tried to give it a name, and have tried both Chrome 37.0.2062.124 and Safari 7.0.6 browsers. OS 10.9.4.

If it's the case of account level restriction, can this be labelled?

using anytimeline for the first time it went straight to 944 from 950 for one use?????

URLs in Buffer are being reshortened to rtag.com. I need to turn this feature off.

When I start typing in Buffer, there's a freeze, then the buff.ly URL is replaced with a rtag.com URL. I hate this.
