Save hashtags as set feature not working

When trying to save a set the send button is not responsive. Cancel and 'x' work fine, but it's not possible to save. I have tried to give it a name, and have tried both Chrome 37.0.2062.124 and Safari 7.0.6 browsers. OS 10.9.4.

If it's the case of account level restriction, can this be labelled?

It isn't an account level thing - everyone can save and use TagSets,  TagSet saving is again working, and just seconds after saving a TagSet, you'll find it in the pull-down in Composer - from extensions as well as the RiteTag site. - SauL
