RiteTag guy and fellow Sendible user. Can you explain how you're using RiteTag with Sendible and how you got that image? For example, "using Auto-Enhance" in the Sendible Compose box." Or, "using RiteTag extension to share pages from the web and scheduling with Sendible." Let us know (and screenshot help a lot) and we'll get on this today.
In Sendible I started composing a new message, then clicked on auto enhance. If I then click on submit or queue I'm seeing this error message. The image is obtained from the link that I'm trying to post. I also tried to add another image but that didn't work either.
It noticed that the issue doesn't arise consistently..it worked properly for a few times but now it's back again.
Again - thank you very much, Robert. If no one tells us and we don't experience ourselves... Okay, off to tell the guys.
