HUGE BUG - SITE COMPLETELY INOPERABLE


The entire screen is non-responsive, including the search field. Same with the browser extension. The mouse becomes completely non-responsive.


This is ONLY HAPPENING ON RITETAG.COM and IN THE RITETAG BROWSER EXTENSION. All other sites work fine, so ***IT IS NOT MY MOUSE***.


I just paid a lot of money for your service, and right now I am thinking I just wasted $120.

If you remember last time you had a problem, I helped you pretty quickly. I offered to speak with you, so I could screen-share in a Skype or Google+ video call to show you how to do things the easiest way. I even recorded a video just for you. We appreciate your patronage.


When you find a bug, please report it and we will get on it right away. Screenshots help, and you can just drag them into the text area in UserEcho, as you are writing up a bug report. I even use a free thing called TinyTake to make quick videos, with or without sound, and can drag them in here as well. In the case of the mouse thing, for example, with a video, we would see at what point the mouse becomes non-responsive. See, the engineers can only fix a bug when they can replicate it, so they need to know what to do to reproduce it.


It's the weekend, but I will report this to the engineers Monday morning and will reply in here as soon as we believe it's fixed.
