Buffer hasn't show the RiteTag enhance tool.

Usually, when I pull up Buffer to schedule an article to post there's a RiteTag button near the bottom right of the pop-over. I usually hit the Buffer extension button on Chrome to do schedule the article. This stopped working a week or two ago. Something I'm doing wrong?
