Why has rite tag been "under maintenance" for the past few days?

the features don't work, it doesnt show lists of similar tags, and it doesn't show their stats. Is this a rite tag problem, or something with my browser or what?

There should be several hash tags with "right" in them, and that "under maintenance" comment has been up a long time now.
