Server capacity error when attempting to access detailed stats

For days now, every time I click through to see a detailed report on a hashtag I get the below message.  Chrome browser, PC / Win 8: 

We are upgrading server capacity

In order to analyze hashtags faster, we need to upgrade our servers. Please come back in an hour or two.

when I sending the above request to authorize my API call, I keep getting "We are upgrading server" message. What wrong am I doing? or is the API down?
