Hello. RiteTag tells me Access is Denied when trying to sign in. How do I reactivate my account?

I cannot use RiteTag at all. Every time I go to compose, my screen refreshes and it wants me to upgrade even though I'm using the free version. I already submitted a ticket and so far, no response.
