Message I receive when I log into my account "You need to Upgrade to enable hashtag analytics" - I have a paid (active) account, why would I see this?

We found out you have two RiteTag accounts (one is free and one is paid). We have discovered a bug in extensions that switches between them improperly causing this upgrade message . Which browser are you using?
