For me, it's the extension that is the problem. I can composet weets with tags on the ritetag site but if I move away and use the Buffer extension, Rite Tag does not fill in. It did before.

I'd like to add this too. I use Macintosh with Firefox. I want to upgrade to a paid plan but unless this and the firefox extension work properly then the service suffers.

Still doesn't work for. Removed it, reinstalled it etc etc. Very tired of this add-on - although partly I think it's because Firefox keeps upgrading so quickly.

Wanted to upgrade from the free model but I cannot if this is the user experience.

Matt, Try quitting Firefox and rebooting your Mac, that worked for me. I completely uninstalled the older version of the add-on installing again. It should work after that, I'm on Firefox 32.0.2, OSX 10.9.4.
