Don't understand but redirected to the landing page after I enter my credentials.  

I posted a tweet with three hashtags, each of which Ritetag assessed as "good" tags (coded blue). When I later reviewed my posts on the Ritetag site the tweet was flagged with an exclamation mark -- very low chance of discovery. Which is the accurate assessment -- the individual tag classification or the overall analysis? If the overall is the valid one, I'm missing something on how to use the individual tag analysis.

Seeing as it's a browser extension, I dont' understand why I need to login so frequently - it should stay logged in, connected to Twitter. I have to log in at least once a day, some times more - which really detracts from functionality. 

You might want to have your marketing and legal folks check your email unsubscribe process. Your current process requires logging in -- which means re-authorizing RiteTag to use my social media account just to tell you that I no longer want to receive email messages. I doubt this complies with current legislation in many countries. 

I have tried to use RiteTag this morning in both Chrome and Safari. When I click on the Edit button from the Coach page, nothing happens. It is as if the button has been disabled.

Hashtag statistics are completely wrong for many tags. It seems that they are not being tracked. #1u is an example. A simple search on Twitter website shows that there is plenty of use, yet RiteTag is ignoring it. There are many other hashtags showing similar issues. When will this be fixed?

I like using Ritetag in Twitter and Hootsuite but when I am working in Facebook it's buggy and interferes with me actually posting- the cursor keeps getting wrangled down into the Ritetag line vs. letting me have it for my actual post. 

I am using Firefox 35.

Other help answers indicate it may be an all or nothing extension and there is no inbetween- can you pls. confirm?

It's another important thing. I have to sift and sort through hundreds of junky tags. Let me click on any column and sort by unique tweets or any other one. Sort by low or high...

Just signed up to try it out, authorised the app and it immediately says the trial has expired.
