Hi there, someone told me, that RiteTag also posts tweets on its own from my account like "I got xxx new followers in the past 7 days. You?"

Is that true and how could I prevent the programm from doing it?

Rite Tag isn't working

Hey! We are using the chrome extension of Rite Tag. We use it in Sprout Social and when we manually tweet in Twitter and it hasn't been working in both of them for the past couple of days. It is in the the box when we go to tweet, but the colours don't show up when you write in the hashtags. We are using Mac OSX 10.9.4. Would be great if you could help us as we have been finding it very helpful! Thanks :D

URL Wont Shorten To The rTag.co Automatically

When I try to share an article, it wont shorten the url at the end of the media description. This takes up many more valuable characters instead of the brief http://rtag.co ..

Tried to isolate the extension to eliminate possible interference from other extensions and still wouldn't fix the bug. Broken in both chrome and Chrome Canary. Have made a recent change in my subscription which may be the cause of the snag. Appreciate your help.

Seems like scheduled tweets cannot be deleted.

I discovered that I can't delete scheduled tweets. Since there is an option to delete  but it doesn't work, I believe this might be a bug.

  • Hi with free account auto enhance option was great with Arabic hashtag but now with lite and pro account that option does not support an Arabic hashtag
